Referred by specialist to see Joel Judd PT in Colleyville. First thing that went wrong was that the office never called once they received my orders from the referring physician. Once I finally got them to respond to me, I was told that they wouldn't be taking my insurance, which is listed on their website and was also confirmed by the physician's nurse. The office personnel at Colleyville PT told me that they wouldn't be able to charge my insurance what they would like to charge so they wanted me to pay a rate of $90 per session, roughly 90 min, really 45 after all the waiting in the reception area. Their other reason for this is that my insurance only covers 20 sessions a year and they didn't like that. My PT wasn't to last more than a week per my referring physician. They robbed me and they know it. Last session they left me on the table with a migraine and never checked on me. Finally left and had one of their patients ask how I was feeling, since I obviously looked ill. Come to find out the PT they gave me aggravated my injuries even worse. Thnxs for nothing
