After breaking my ankle in 3 places, having surgery to put in a plate and 9 screws, I couldn't move my ankle at all.  The surgeon said I could begin put weight on it, but it was so incredibly stiff, which made chasing after my newborn and toddler very difficult.  Based on the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon, I went to Advantage Physical Therapy and am now walking smoothly, taking my girls to the park, and looking forward to soon get back to full running.  The therapist, Kristen, has an amazing intelligent understanding of what is going on in the body.  She is supportive and encouraging at the same time firm enough to ensure full-motion recovery.  Her office space is comfortable with many therapy tools.  Each day she is prepared with a plan of exercise and strengthening to further my range of motion.  I know I would not be walking well at all if not for this therapy office!!
